Vorea Group, Domain Companies and L+M Development partners picked up the property from self-storage company Fortress Corporation, which had owned the land since 1996.

The Domain Companies is excited to share plans for a new anchor development at 370 South West Temple in downtown Salt Lake City. The $210M project will follow the opening of Domain’s Exchange development downtown, which includes Mya and Avia apartments and The Shop shared workspace. South West Temple will allow for a 462,000sf mixed-use property embodying Domain’s focus on hospitality, sustainability, and community development.
