Domain Companies' 360-unit residential project being built along Brooklyn's Gowanus Canal features 20-story and 15-story towers that will include retail and commercial space at the base of each building. The energy efficient buildings will feature an outdoor terrace, fitness center and an automated parking garage. Move-ins are expected in fall or winter 2024.

Façade installation is progressing on 420 Carroll Street, a two-tower residential complex in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Domain Companies, the project consists of a 20-story, 224-foot-tall tower and a shorter 15-story sibling and will yield 360 units with 25 percent reserved for affordable housing, as well as 27,500 square feet of retail space, 7,700 square feet of “Gowanus Mix” space pursuant to the 82-block district rezoning, and a new public promenade along the Gowanus Canal.

In 2009, Domain opened Park Lane at Sea View, the redevelopment of the historic Nurse’s Residence on Staten Island’s Seaview Hospital Campus into mixed-income housing for seniors. The New York Times recently featured the property along with Virginia Allen, one of its first residents. Domain still owns and operates Park Lane.

Brewery Saint X (734 Loyola Ave.) and Devil Moon BBQ (1188 Girod St.): These connected concepts share a kitchen, a pitmaster (Shannon Bingham) and a key location for those venue-bound at Loyola and Girod. Both opened earlier this year and are making their season debut now.
