At Domain Companies, we believe that development is about more than just the designing and building of exceptional properties. It’s about how these efforts strengthen the community by making it greater, and our ability to improve neighborhoods and the lives of those within them.
Through our MyCommunity program, we partner with local nonprofit organizations to continue giving back along with our residents through a series of corporate donations, volunteerism, in-kind skills-based support, and advocacy.
This continues and extends through supporting GiveNOLA Day.
GiveNOLA Day is a 24-hour, online giving event organized by the Greater New Orleans Foundation to ignite the giving community in Southeast Louisiana. The goal is to inspire the community to come together for 24 hours to contribute as many charitable dollars as possible to support the work of local nonprofit organizations. GiveNOLA Day is based on other successful giving days hosted by community foundations across the country. Last year’s event raised nearly $4.9 million from 38,000+ donations across the nation. This year, Greater New Orleans Foundation hopes to do even more!
Please support the following MyCommunity partners and workspace members of The Shop at the CAC with a charitable donation this Tuesday, May 1, 2018. All money donated during the 24-hour period will be amplified by proportional “lagniappe funds,” as well as possible awards and hourly prizes.
