Part & Parcel from chef Phillip Lopez of Root and Square Root, has officially opened its doors in The Paramount at South Market in New Orleans!
The deli features classic sandwiches, salads, and a full bar. Chef de Cuisine Michael Mericle, who has been at Roots for 6 years, makes all the charcuterie for the deli.
