In October, Eleven33 was honored with an award from Multifamily Executive (MFE) Magazine for Project of the Year, Mixed-Income! The MFE Awards “shine a spotlight on a gold rush of thoughtful, compelling communities” from around the country. The award was presented at MFE’s annual conference in Las Vegas, which is attended by senior executives from the leading multifamily firms in the nation.

MFE received over 300 award nominations, and Eleven33 was one of only two New York City properties recognized in any asset class. The judging criteria used to select the winner included creative use of design and materials, meeting the needs of the target market, addressing unusual constraints or opportunities and collaboration with government and the community.
