“While the pandemic has challenged retailers of all types, the residential resurgence in South Market has paved the way for retail to come back strong” said Matt Schwartz, Co-CEO of The Domain Companies. “Our residential occupancies now exceed pre-pandemic levels, we’ve sold out The Standard, and the Odeon has achieved full occupancy far ahead of expectations. Vibrancy has returned to South Market and Downtown and these new concepts are well positioned for success. We’re looking forward to introducing additional retailers prior to the end of the year.”
