The Preserve

The Preserve is the development of 183 units of mixed-income rental housing. The project is part of Domain’s multi-phase initiative to revitalize the rapidly-growing area of Mid-City, New Orleans known as the Tulane Avenue Corridor. The Preserve set the standard for the New Orleans rental market, offering a previously unseen level of architectural quality, amenities, and services. Domain was among the pioneering development firms working with the Louisiana and Federal governments to establish development programs and provide severely needed housing in post-Katrina New Orleans.
