The Addison is home to 139-units of luxury rental housing and 7,000 square feet of high-end boutique retail space, located within “The Grove” Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND). The Addison follows Domain’s first development within The Grove, The High Grove, and is positioned as the premier apartment community in the market.

The Grove is located east of the Mall of Louisiana, along I-10, in the heart of Baton Rouge’s growth corridor. The 118-acre TND will include a mix of residential, retail and commercial uses, including single-family for-sale housing, multifamily rental housing, retail outlets, specialty shops, cafes and restaurants, a full-service hotel and a variety of commercial office formats.
