Housed within a restored 19th-century Creole cottage, Seaworthy combines historic preservation with modern operations. Originally developed in partnership with Ace Hotel and the team behind Grand Banks, Seaworthy celebrates the legendary exuberance and time-worn traditions of Southern hospitality in New Orleans.
