The Meridian

The Meridian is the development of 72 units of mixed-income rental housing. The mid-rise building set the standard for the New Orleans affordable rental market, offering a previously unseen level of architectural quality and design, amenities, and services. The project is part of Domain’s multi-phase initiative to revitalize the rapidly-growing area of Mid-City, New Orleans known as the Tulane Avenue Corridor. Domain was among the pioneering development firms working with the Louisiana and Federal governments to establish development programs and provide severely needed housing in post-Katrina New Orleans.
