Gold Seal Lofts

Gold Seal Lofts is the development of 31 units of mixed-income rental housing. The project is part of Domain’s multi-phase initiative to revitalize the rapidly-growing area of Mid-City, New Orleans known as the Tulane Avenue Corridor. The flood- damaged historic structure was restored to create a unique arts environment reflective of the building and neighborhood’s past. Domain was among the pioneering development firms working with the Louisiana and Federal governments to establish development programs and provide severely needed housing in post-Katrina New Orleans.
