If you are a current resident, receive $500 when you refer a new resident:

• The referred prospect must mention the referring resident’s name by the time of the initial visit to the community or at the initial visit to the community.
• The referred prospect must sign a minimum of a 6 month lease/membership agreement for an apartment no less than $1,000.
• The referred prospect must reside and pay rent in the apartment for a minimum of 30 days.
• The referring resident must be a current resident in good standing with no notice to vacate on file with the office.
• The referring resident must sign a resident referral credit form.

If you are a current Shop member referring a new member:

• The referrer gets 5% of gross membership fee for up to 12 months upfront on signed agreements / or monthly for up to 12 months month-to-month agreements.
• The referred prospect gets 1 month free Commons OR 50% off first month private office.
• The referred prospect must mention the referring member’s name by the time of the initial visit to the community or at the initial visit to the community.
• The referred prospect must sign a minimum of a 6 month lease/membership agreement at The Shop.
• The referred prospect must be a Shop member for a minimum of 30 days.
• The referring member must be a current member in good standing.
• The referring member must sign a resident referral credit form.

If you are a current MyDomain partner, receive a $500 Amex gift card when you refer a new resident:

• The referred prospect must mention the MyDomain partner’s name by the time of the initial visit to the community or at the initial visit to the community.
• The referred prospect must sign a minimum of a 6 month lease/membership agreement for an apartment no less than $1,000.
• The referred prospect must reside and pay rent in the apartment for a minimum of 30 days.
• The referring MyDomain partner must sign a resident referral credit form.
