Tulane University River & Lake Small Family Hub

The Tulane University Bruff Quad Master Plan is a mixed-use, student housing community on Tulane University’s campus. The project will feature five residential buildings in three phases and include street-level retail, co-study space, classrooms, quad/open space, and amenities. It is the largest capital project in school history.

The first phase includes a seven-story residence hall with a mixed-use ground floor.
