Maison de la Luz, Domain’s latest Downtown New Orleans hospitality project set to open in April 2019, is now taking online reservations. The 67-suite boutique guest house is Domain’s second project collaboration with Atelier Ace, after working together to open Ace Hotel New Orleans in 2016.

The ultra-luxury hotel will sit at 546 Carondelet Street, in the historic City Hall annex. The hotel will feature a library bar, curated concierge service, private breakfast and living rooms, and a wide range of guest room options with a full suite of amenities.

In the midst of last week’s Maison de la Luz pop-up preview as part of Art Basel Miami Beach, it was announced that celebrated Parisian restaurant group Quixotic Projects will house their first stateside venture inside of the hotel. According to a recent interview with Food & Wine, the team behind several of Paris’ top hospitality hot spots aims to “bring a Parisian sensibility to New Orleans, drawing from apéritif culture while celebrating the city’s rich cocktail history.”
