Domain is looking for someone who is passionate about building meaningful relationships and strengthening communities through our new part-time Resident Services Position in New Orleans! The Resident Services Coordinator will work with our Community Engagement Manager and Property Staff to identify the need for specific resident programs at each property and to help develop a community outreach plan to engage non-profits and third parties in providing services.
Duties include conducting intensive community outreach with nonprofit partners, developing and scheduling resident programs, collecting and managing program attendance data, coordinating on- and off-site events, and collaborating with the Community Engagement Manager and Property Staff to discuss the addition of new programs and proposed changes to existing programs. This position is part-time and will include night and weekend hours due to the programming and community engagement demands.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, familiar with New Orleans social service providers, have a background in community engagement or organizing, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
