Antoinette Reddick has been the Property Manager at The Meridian in New Orleans for more than six years. She was the recipient of Domain’s 2015 Core Value Award for Enhancing Communities in Louisiana.
Why Domain?
“Domain chose me and I love it here. I love the people I work around and I love my job. The company builds love, trust, and integrity in what they do. It’s not about what they expect from us so much as it’s about Domain asking what do we expect from them? There’s this feeling of being a team, even across properties, that’s unique.”
What’s you average day like?
“The phone rings a lot. There are always prospective walk-ins, and the residents always stop by just to say hello and ask if there’s anything I need. Another thing that I love is that I actually live on-site so I have unique insight on the pulse of the property.”
What three words would you use to describe Domain?
“Awesome, incredible, blessed (me for being a part of the company).”
What’s your favorite movie?
“The Day After Tomorrow.”
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
“I think it’s learning all the different aspects of running a property. I’m the only administrative property staff at The Meridian so I’ve learned everything including the financial and tax credit systems of the property.”
One thing you can’t get through the day without?
“My coffee with the hazelnut cream.”
Last question, is there anything unique in your office or about your office?
“The color of the walls are very calming when things can get busy and stressful.”
