Park Lane at Sea View
Park Lane at Sea View is the development of 104-units of mixed-income rental housing for active seniors in two historic buildings on New York City’s Sea View Hospital Campus. The property focuses on enriching the lives of its senior residents through engaging activities and important services. Awarded through an RFP by New York City, the green project is positioned as the highest quality independent-living development for seniors on Staten Island. The project was financed with eight sources of funding including housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, energy efficiency incentives and funding from the New York City Council and Staten Island Borough President. The development is the first Landmark structure to participate in the NYSERDA affordable green design initiative.
