We streamline the process of paying for rent and other services through our Automated Payment Program – residents can just sign up for automated bank withdrawal or payment by credit card and eliminate the hassle of writing rent checks. We believe that the maintenance request process should be simple, too – when a maintenance request is submitted, we guarantee that the request will be addressed within 48 hours. Domain also offers an easy transfer system should a resident’s needs change – residents can transfer to another available market rental within our portfolio with 30 days advance notice.
