Crescent Club & Shops at Crescent Club
Crescent Club is the development of 228 units of mixed-income rental housing, including 5,000sf of street front retail. The project is part of Domain’s multi-phase initiative to revitalize the rapidly-growing area of Mid-City, New Orleans known as the Tulane Avenue Corridor. Crescent Club set the standard for the New Orleans rental market, offering a previously unseen level of architectural quality, amenities and services. Domain was among the pioneering development firms working with the Louisiana and Federal governments to establish development programs and provide severely needed housing in post-Katrina New Orleans.
The Shops at Crescent Club added 18,000sf of neighborhood retail adjacent to Domain’s 228-unit Crescent Club multifamily development. The project is part of Domain’s multi-phase initiative to revitalize an area of Mid-City New Orleans known as the Tulane Avenue Corridor into a live/work/play destination community.
