Employee Service Opportunities
New York and Louisiana

Domain believes in facilitating regular volunteer opportunities for our employees, which has resulted in the annual MyCommunity day tradition. MyCommunity days see all Domain employees gather together to contribute to major volunteer projects in both New York and New Orleans, committing to a full day of service to make a positive impact in our community.

In 2014, the Louisiana team joined with Habitat for Humanity to build a house in New Orleans East. This year (2015), the New York team spent a day beautifying Greenpoint’s McGolrick Park, while Louisiana headed to the Children’s Museum in Downtown New Orleans to help restore and recondition the space. Domain also contributed to the K10 Citywide Day of Service, working to improve a community garden on the tenth anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. The holidays have also provided a rich opportunity for service, with Louisiana’s Community Engagement Manager organizing a series of events to provide meals to individuals and families in need.

In addition to MyCommunity Days, employees are encouraged to donate their time to local non-profits through the Volunteer Time Off program, which provides annual paid time off to be used exclusively for volunteerism.
