Brooklyn, NY – Eleven33, a new luxury, full-service 210-unit development located along Greenpoint’s main thoroughfare of Manhattan Avenue, began moving in its first residents this month. The model units display art by Robin Cameron, Jeremy Jansen, and Niall McClelland, and feature items from Brooklyn Slate Company, In God We Trust, From the Source, WORD bookstore, Dandelion Wine, Works Manufacturing, Duke’s Liquor Box, AMMA Studio, STORnewyork, Kill Devil Hill, and Organic Modernism. Eleven33’s amenity spaces also include items from Rich Brilliant Willing and artwork by Todd Kreher, Shawn Kuruneru, Lukas Giniotis, and Marley Freeman.
In addition to enjoying access to the property’s local products and art, residents become members of the “MyDomain” program of services and amenities, which rewards tenants for supporting local businesses. More than 40 Brooklyn-based restaurants and bars, cafés, fitness studios, and services such as pet grooming, housekeeping, health and beauty, financial, transportation, and more are participating in the MyDomain program, offering discounts and loyalty incentives to Eleven33’s residents. The building’s 8,000 square feet of retail space will also be filled by local businesses.
