Why Domain?

“Mainly, the way that Domain stood out to me from other property management companies. The values that Domain has and the action that they put behind those values, specifically the volunteer time-off and the Community Days. Things like that really set Domain apart. I wanted to be a part of that culture.”

What’s you average day like?

“There is no average day. I think every day is a lot different, which is part of the reason I got into this industry and have stayed here. It is challenging each and every day. From working with residents, prospects, and my team, everyday is different.”

What’s your favorite movie?

“Probably Dirty Dancing. I’m a big Patrick Swayze fan.”

What three words would you use to describe Domain?

“Independence, confidence, execution. Reason being, I feel like Domain allows us to work independently. And, I feel that our manager gives me the confidence I need to run the property.”

One thing you can’t get through the day without?

“Music. I jam out regularly in my office”

Is there anything unique in your office or about your office?

“Yes. I don’t know that pictures of my family are unique, but they’re unique to me because it’s a piece of home.”

Last question, what do you consider your greatest achievement?

 “My greatest achievement, personally I think it’s being a big sister. I have two siblings that are my entire world. I’m proud of both of them. They’ve grown into really amazing adults. I think being the oldest in my family and having a single parent, it just really enabled me to be born a leader and grow into being a leader. I’m just really proud of who they’ve become. I always say the best job that I’ve ever had is being a big sister.”
